About
Becoming a member of the National Honors Society has taught me a lot of things. Receiving invitation from the organization displayed that my hard work has not gone unnoticed. As an immigrant, I strove to improve myself - to improve my English and my grades, and to learn the necessary skills that were taught in my school. I constantly thought about what I could study in college - what I want to pursue. When I realized that I want to create amazing digital designs and learn 3D modelling, I still strove to learn from other subjects unrelated to my field of study. To me, it is significant that I understand and learn new ideas and concepts from other fields, as they teach me about who I am and the kind of individual that I want to be. Such willingness to learn gave me even more incentives to take harder classes in high school and to try and achieve my goals. The new knowledge I acquire is applied in my everyday life, including the practice drawings and designs that I create. I never thought that I will be invited to join the National Honors Society, and I cannot express my gratitude and joy for receiving such an opportunity to become a member of the society. As a freshman at the University of Connecticut, I am very proud about what I have achieved - and what I am striving for - and am honored to call myself a member of the National Honors Society.

Goals and interests
- Career goal
Currently, I am looking for anything related to Game Design as that is my concentration in the Digital Media program at Uconn. However, my job path might expand if I decide to take two concentrations: Game Design and 3D Animation (both BFA).
- Graduate school interests
Depending on my financial status, I will or will not seek grad schools.
- Outside the classroom
In my spare time, I usually do one of the following:
1. Practice drawing using either graphite pencils or Tablet and Photoshop.
2. Read novels.
3. Work on a personal project for a YouTube channel.
4. Learn new programs and techniques to apply in drawing or image/video editing.
