About

I am resilient, determine, optimistic, and driven. My passion and commitment to service compel me to seek new ways to improve myself continuously. My concern for the future of our youths, social change, equality, and humanity, is the embodiment of my hopes and dreams. Of course, I have been determined and optimistic since I was a little girl. Growing up in Paynesville Jacobs’s Town, Monrovia, Liberia, I served as a president of a group of young ladies at faily young age. At a tender age of thirteen, I served as secretary and treasurer for a youth organization in my church.
I am a believer, who was raised to love and respect others regardless of ethnicity or economic status. I am married, and my union is blessed with amazing children. I am the founder and CEO of the Girls of Vision Initiative, a non-profit organization based in Monrovia, Liberia that focused on mentoring and teaching girls. I served as board member of the Jump Start Academy, a non-profit organization located in Nigeria, West Africa. Also, I served as the Chairman of the publicity committee for the Liberian Association of South Carolina that seeks to help youth in Liberia. I am a member of the National Organization of Human Services, who’s primary purpose is to assist individual and communities to function as effectively as a possibility in the major domains of living. I affiliate with the NAPW echapters. I believe that the tallness of a tree can not stop the sun from shining.
