About

I’m the Director, Distribution Centers & Materials at AST SpaceMobile, leading distribution center performance and end-to-end material readiness in a fast-growth environment. My focus is building scalable, repeatable operating systems, improving inventory accuracy, material flow, and production readiness through disciplined execution and cross-functional alignment. I bring a strong foundation in automation and capital project delivery, with experience driving measurable process improvement in complex operations. Alongside my role, I’m completing graduate studies in enterprise architecture and business transformation at Pennsylvania State University to strengthen how I connect strategy, capabilities, and execution governance. My goal is to lead transformation efforts that reduce friction, increase reliability, and enable sustainable scale.

Goals and interests

Career goal

My intended job path is to grow into an enterprise operations and digital transformation leader; specifically at the intersection of enterprise architecture, operational excellence, and technology-enabled execution. I plan to lead enterprise-wide transformation programs as a VP-level leader, helping to shape organizational strategy and align it with capabilities and execution especially in high-growth, complex environments like aerospace, telecom, and advanced manufacturing.

Graduate school interests

I am interested in pursuing advanced study in public policy and governance with a focus on the policy-to-execution gap. My professional leadership experience has shown me that outcomes depend on how decisions are structured and enforced—who has authority, how standards are adopted, and how accountability is sustained across boundaries. Through enterprise architecture leadership, I’ve also learned how influence works when you can’t rely on hierarchy: coalition-building, shared language (capabilities and value streams), and governance mechanisms that make enterprise decisions repeatable.
I want to apply these insights to public policy, where execution often requires coordination across agencies, contractors, and stakeholders with competing incentives. My goal is to learn and contribute research that improves policy implementation through better governance design, leadership systems, and cross-institution collaboration.
