About
My name is Deanna Ruby and I am honored to be apart of honorsociety.org. I am currently a student at Ashford University and majoring in Psychology as my dream is to become a drug and alcohol counselor to help others the way that I was helped two years ago. I am a recovering addict and have been for two years it has been a long journey and I have come a long way. I have set some major goals for myself and hope to reach these goals. My short term goal is to get my bachelors degree but my long term goal is to hopefully get my doctorate in the psychology field.

- Outside the classroom
I love spending time with my family and being outside. Anything to do with hiking, fishing, or camping and I am a happy girl. I have two fur babies (Dipster and Daisy). Dipster is a 1 year old Pitbull/ Boxer and Daisy is a 6 month old Pitbull/ Mastiff both of them are my world. Cooking and reading also consume a lot of time in my life and I enjoy both very much.
