About
I will be graduating in June 2018 with an undergraduate degree in Social Work. I am currently a Social Work Intern with JASA for Legal Services for the Elderly who works along with Assigned Counsel Project in NYC within Civil Court (Housing). I plan to pursue a Law Degree (J.D.) helping seniors with legal services in housing court and becoming an advocate for seniors. I am also an active member of Queens Interagency On Aging that advocates for seniors rights including better healthcare, affordable housing and other benefits in need. With a background in social work I plan to use my skills as a social worker and apply these skills with my degree in Law.

I plan to pursue my J.D. in Law by attending Law School in the Fall semester. I plan to pursue a path in law helping seniors in housing court, obtaining proper benefits and assists seniors with other legal problems. I intend to pursue a career as a Lawyer and as a Social worker to ensure clients such as older adults are entitled to services they need and beneficial in order for them to sustain and maintain a healthy lifestyle.
