I am a UMGC student pursuing a B.S. in Business Administration and I earned a Project Management Certificate from UMGC in December 2025. I am a service-disabled veteran and the founder of H&C Precise Logistics LLC, a remote-first, compliance-driven firm focused on operational execution, project coordination, and government contracting support. My leadership philosophy is “Forward Progress”—delivering results through discipline, accountability, and continuous improvement.
