About
I just completed my marketable skills award for phlebotomy. I am continuing to work on my MLT degree. I spent nine years in the army working as a Laboratory tech. During that time I work at William Beaumont Army Medical Center in chemistry, urinalysis, processing, ship out, and phlebotomy. I was also a phlebotomy instructor for phase two students. After William Beaumont army medical center I worked at Walter Reed Army Institute of Research. While there I worked in Entomology rearing thirteen different species of Sand flies in support of research for bug spray and leishmaniasis vaccine research. I would also work in the orderly room helping to maintain files for over three hundred soldiers.

Goals and interests
- Career goal
I would like to go back into research. However, I also love the idea of working in a medical setting helping patients by running labs and collecting specimens.

I would like to go to grad school. However, before I make it to that step, I need to complete my associates and bachelors/.
