About

I am a full time EMT-B who loves to spend time with my 2 year old son, who also is showing a passion and love for the stuff his Momma does. I am on the career path to become Fire-Medic next, then on to Flight-Medic, and my end goal is Flight-RN. I have always had a passion for others, starting when I was a young child. My dream when I was younger was to become a doctor when I grew up, never thinking about EMS until I became an adult. All the doors opened for me to pursue a job in EMS and I did not hesitate to take any opportunity that I could. I am the first child out of my family to have gone to college, and the second to have gotten my GED. I come from a family with 4 kids and had to help raise my brothers and take care of their schooling, so I decided to continue my schooling after I became an adult to get my GED. I am very proud of my successes so far and am very excited for what my future hold.
