Devin Williams

My name is Devin Williams, a high school senior attending DSST Elevate in Denver, Colorado. Current GPA 4.25, taking AP courses in calculus, statistics, and English. I have earned several awards in these subjects, including dean’s list honor roll all four years. I participated in the student council, planning events, and raising issues from students with teachers and faculty. Outside of school, I was awarded student athlete of the year in baseball. I was involved in SBAM, a program that brought STEM internships to DSST Elevate, a program that many students participate in and benefit from today. Out of all my individual accomplishments, this is the one I am most proud of. This internship teaches skills and provides opportunities for so many. Only a select few schools have this program. I am very happy to have played a part in getting this program to my school. I have been accepted to several colleges. My goal is to pursue a degree in the field of data or forensic science. I am currently the president of the math club with a passion for helping others. I show up to practice early to help tutor teammates on the Montbello High School baseball team, along with participating in church events that help the community.
