Throughout the years, I've achieved these qualifications as follow: Leadership Characteristics I would be a valuable member to NHS because I have the ability set examples and exceed expectations in academics. I am also a hard worker and a great role model who always helps others. I am interested in joining the organization because I am confident in my leadership qualities and want to help the community. I plan to demonstrate leadership, develop character, and create enthusiasm for academic excellence while participating in NHS. Whenever I set a goal, I am certain to achieve it. With my outstanding personality and traits, I plan to be useful to NHS and University of Phoenix. I have an assortment of traits that make me an outstanding role model and that would also help promote leadership. As a new addition to NHS, I vow to help my fellow classmates and mentoring students study and reach their full potential. I am on the honor roll, and possess a variety of study skills and habits that I can pass on to others. I am also a patient and open-minded person, making it easy for me to get along with people. I can work well either individually or on a team. As a bonus, I am willing to come in early to help tutor students, and can adjust my schedule according to when NHS needs additional people. I am supportive, confident, and always listen to the opinions to others. In my spare time, I offer to help others with their assignments, life difficulties. I possess a selection of abilities that would make me useful to the organization. For example, I am experienced with computer applications and able to create posters promoting NHS. I also plan to volunteer in events as much as possible, and can fill in for other people who can’t be in attendance. Whether I’m volunteering or helping a fellow student, I vow to act with honesty, integrity, diligence, and the best of my ability. This way, I will be able to create enthusiasm for academic excellence in everything I’m doing. With my unique skills and abilities, I am able to step up and represent NHS with confidence.
