Donneshia Ervin

My name is Donneshia Ervin. I am a student at Columbus High School. The value of education is very important in my family. Only one of my parents were able to attend college and graduate with an Associate's Degree. My mom wants the same thing for her daughter. Both of my parents made a commitment very early in my life to do everything within their power to get me to get the understanding of the importance of hard work and dedication.
Because of their love and sacrifices they made for me over the years, I have been able to devote the time and energy necessary to academic accomplishment. I have a 2.8 grade point average. I have volunteer hours from two daycares. I also did a fashion show for the community.
My educational goal is to get my degree in Computer Engineering. Becoming a computer engineer requires an extensive college education that can take from 4-7 years to complete. I am a phenomenal student in math and science they are also the skills you need to become a computer engineer.
My professional goals is to travel around the world and work on computers. I want to be able to work in an environment where I can accomplish my goals. I also want to serve my parents with the best of my abilities.
