About

I am a Ghanaian artist, educator, social-impact strategist, and doctoral student pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration in Management and Strategy at Indiana Wesleyan University. I also hold a Master of Education in Education Leadership, Organizations, and Entrepreneurship from Harvard University.

For more than twelve years, I have worked at the intersection of arts education, youth development, nonprofit leadership, community engagement, and arts in health across Africa, the United States, and the Philippines. I co-founded Arts in Medicine Ghana, where I developed creative programs for children receiving cancer treatment, supported hospital transformation through community murals, and helped mobilize resources for patients needing critical medical care. Through Rivers Art, I have also used arts-based learning to support neurodivergent and underserved young people.

My professional work now focuses on educational program operations, curriculum development, organizational strategy, and building sustainable systems that help young people thrive. My doctoral studies are strengthening my ability to move beyond creating impactful programs to developing the leadership, funding, operational, and strategic structures required to sustain and scale them.

My long-term goal is to build globally relevant models that use art, education, and responsible leadership to improve learning, community well-being, and access to opportunity, particularly for young people and communities that conventional systems too often overlook.
