Associate Warden at As an Associate Warden, I am responsible for exercising control and supervision of various aspects of the Federal Correctional Institutional in Milan, Michigan. I assume the duties as Warden during their absence. As an advisor and assistant to the Warden, I play a significant role in determining and implementing policies and programs involved in institutional operations. I assist in setting broad policies and developing procedures to conduct programs for the entire institution. I approve and submit reports and recommendations to the Warden on personnel and administrative matters. My direct areas of responsibility are outlined in the institution's organizational charts. I have over 22 years in the field of Corrections, and a broad knowledge in the correctional field, and comprehensive knowledge of various institutional activities.
