About

My name is Edgar Kudakwashe Nyoni. I am currently enrolled at the University of Arlington Texas as a Freshman. I am majoring in Accounting and Finance, I also plan on taking on French in order to have an added advantage in the job market. I have an eagerness to learn and participate in any activities business related, One of my deepest aspirations is also one day to own a successful accounting firm and provide employment for children from less privileged backgrounds.

Goals and interests

Career goal: I intend to double major and gain a Bachelor's in accounting and finance whilst's also graduating with honors. After I complete my 4-year degree, I would like to continue my studies immediately by applying to graduate school in order to acquire a Masters of accountancy in hopes of being a certified public accountant. After I complete my studies I aim to get a job at one of the big four accountant firms or any top business institution.
Graduate school interests: I intended to attend graduate school immediately after i complete my Bachelor's degree and study a Masters of accountancy.
Outside the classroom: Besides my studies, I enjoy partaking in recreational activities like playing soccer and cricket. I am also very keen on traveling and I have traveled all over Zimbabwe, South Africa, United States, parts of Mozambique and Ghana. I also spend a large portion of my time reading business related articles which educate me on several issues like how the market is performing. I am also very passionate about helping others and spend my holidays taking part in community service and volunteering in outreach programs.
