About
Hello, distinguished members of society, I go by the name of Edward Laverne and I am currently a senior at Lamar University, delving into the realm of Criminal Justice. The privilege of being embraced and recognized by the honor society is a sentiment that truly warms my heart. As a returning college student, I faced hurdles during my initial academic journey, prompting me to venture into the world of truck driving. Though this career has fostered a fulfilling life for both my family and myself, my ultimate ambition was always to rekindle my academic pursuits and secure my degree. It brings me immense joy to declare that in December 2024, I am poised to turn this enduring vision into a resounding reality.
