Goals and interests
- Career goal
My intended career path is focused on the field of Human Resource Management. After many years of service, I've developed a deep appreciation for the importance of effective leadership, team dynamics, and the well-being of individuals within an organization. I'm eager to leverage the skills and experiences gained during my time in the military, such as problem-solving, strategic thinking, and the ability to motivate and lead teams, in a civilian capacity. My goal is to work in a role where I can contribute to building strong and effective work environments, supporting employees in their professional development, and ensuring fair and equitable practices. I'm particularly interested in exploring opportunities in areas like talent acquisition, employee relations, or training and development. Ultimately, I aim to utilize my education and experiences to make a positive impact on an organization and its people.
- Graduate school interests
Looking ahead, I'm also considering pursuing a graduate degree to further specialize my knowledge and skills within Human Resource Management. I'm particularly interested in exploring advanced studies that would allow me to delve deeper into areas like organizational development or strategic human resource leadership.
