About

I am a Microbiologist working in Pharmaceutical/Biotech/Medical device industries. I currently work for Sanofi, a Biologics/small molecules manufacturing company. My department is tasked with various roles ranging from the need to complete routine work to undertaking special projects/studies in support of manufacturing activities.
I was recently promoted to be a microbiology lab supervisor. I am the youngest supervisor in my company and that means I have to prove my worth to everyone that I deserved the position. With the new responsibility came new challenges.
This is my second year (and third semester) in MS in Project & Program Management program. I have taken four courses already (Project Scheduling and Control, Negotiating and Conflict Resolution, Professional Communications, and Foundations of Project Management). I hope to grow more as I learn more about project and program management so as to have even more effective communication, problem-solving skills, understanding each worker has unique skills, character, and temperament, among other things. It is exciting working on making each team member to collaborate on projects / activities.
