Elizabeth Kelley

Dedicated and motivated psychology major pursuing a career in sports psychology and mental performance coaching. Passionate about helping athletes achieve optimal mental health, resilience, and performance through evidence-based psychological principles. Currently seeking opportunities to apply academic background, communication skills, and athletic experience in a professional sports or mental health setting.
My background combines psychological education and competitive sports experience. While studying abroad at Rome City Institute in the spring of 2025, I deepened my understanding of athlete mindset, motivation, and recovery—earning a spot on the Dean’s List while playing for the Ladispoli Women’s Soccer Team and earning the Comeback Player Award. Additionally, my work as a sports statistician at Ramapo strengthened my ability to analyze data, communicate effectively with athletes and coaches, and understand performance metrics from both a mental and physical standpoint.

Beyond academics, my experience in healthcare and service industries—including RWJ Hospital, K9 Resorts, and Cooper’s Riverview—has honed my empathy, adaptability, and teamwork. Across all experiences, I’ve remained focused on one goal: supporting others in achieving balance, resilience, and excellence.
