About
Hello, My name is Elizabeth and I love to learn. As a sports and health enthusiast my passions are leaving my personal life and starting to guide me into a career of wellness. I plan on assisting people in reaching their personal health goals through the power of nutrition and balanced exercise. Architecture however, is my other passion and plan on using it to assist my fathers ministries and missionary work.

- Career goal
To help people achieve their own physical greatness by opening my own non-profit fitness and nutrition to assist those in more restricted financially . Also building sustainable living environments for nature lovers such as myself.

Full PhD for me. In physiology ( sports medicine)
- Outside the classroom
Sports: watching, playing, reading, learning and studying. I love sports and the ability of the human body.
Cooking: as a vegan I love to experiment with different types of food and how to make the classics with a new level of nutritional understanding.
Family: growing up with 4 siblings we became closer than we ever expected. My siblings, my parents and my dearest nephew are my best friends and they are all I need.
Laughing: the power of positivity and the ripple affect it has is so moving and is so fascinating. I love sharing my joy for life with others.
