I am currently enrolled as a Graduate Student at The University of Montana, studying Public Health Administration. I have over a decade of professional experience including nonprofit fiscal services, hands-on emergency healthcare, and healthcare revenue. I look forward to completing my Graduate Certificate in Public Health Administration (CPHA) in December 2020 and continuing my education to pursue a Master's Degree in Public Health immediately. I am eager to expand my professional skills and enjoy new challenges as I navigate my educational goals.

Goals and interests
- Career goal
I'd like to work in public health research and data analysis, so that I can master the information that is the basis for community and public health sciences. I would like to utilize this experience with the intention to pursue a public health director/officer position within a rural community. Working in a critical access hospital in a rural community during a pandemic has fueled an incredible interest in community approaches to healthcare needs.
- Graduate school interests
I am really enjoying the Graduate Program I've chosen. As a lifelong Montanan, I was pleased to learn my educational goals could be served through an in-state school. After researching the program I chose to pursue a certificate prior to a degree so that I could obtain an additional credential and utilize this to develop my career while completing my degree.
- Outside the classroom
I enjoy many outdoor hobbies, such as running, mountain biking, paddleboarding, kayaking, and hiking. During the winter months, I enjoy reading, my volunteer work, crafting, baking, and planning.
