About
My name is Emily Bridges. I am a freshman at Santa Fe College in Gainesville, Florida this is my second semester here. I am currently doing pre-requisites but am entering the zoo technology program in may of this year and will be in the program for two years before graduating. I currently am not planning on transferring to another school after I graduate from Santa Fe but hopefully get a job as a zoo keeper in a local zoo. I have already worked as a volunteer zoo keeper and loved it. I am from Valrico, Florida and have lived there my whole life before moving to Gainesville this past august. I hope to excel in school and graduate with at least a 3.5 gpa.

Goals and interests
- Career goal
I would like to work as a zoo keeper or in some line of work with exotic animals. I would like to work at either Busch Gardens or Lowry Park Zoo since those are the two local zoos from my hometown but I am open to anywhere.

I am not currently looking to transfer anywhere.
- Outside the classroom
My hobbies include playing the piano, cheerleading, hunting, fishing, taking care of my elderly dog and two cats, and spending time with my family.
