Emily Quinn

I intend to pursue a job that allows me to write comedy, essentially. Whether that be in television, film, stand-up, sketch comedy or otherwise, I hope to one day be a screen writer for a sketch comedy show.

I am very passionate about music and have played guitar for 7 years, piano for 3 and I dabble with various other instruments when the opportunity (or the instrument) presents itself. I love to play and make music with my friends. However, I'd say my primary hobby is making people laugh - I enjoy finding the punchline(s) in the things I see. It's like any other methodical data analysis; you acquire your raw data, run it through some tests to understand it's meaning, limitations and its context, and finally, you conclude your analysis with a one-liner that keeps them laughing - and gives them cause to remember your name.
