About
Public speaking has been my superpower since the playground. When I was 6 years old, my parents would volunteer to have me recite inspirational poems at church services. Resultantly, my public speaking skills became the highlight of my student career. I was a prize winner in the statewide Tropicana Speech Contest in both elementary and middle schools. My authentic oratory skills aided in my victory to become the Student Class President in 8th grade and Vice President in both my sophomore and senior years. I led the debate team in middle school and began to get invites to emcee at local community events. I was accepted to the Spelman College-Prep Summer Program at the end of my 10th grade year (2024), where I was asked to deliver an opening speech at the closing ceremony—I killed it! I was selected to attend the UC Berkely Medical Scholars program this past summer (2025) where I spent 2 weeks participating in community mixers and learning hands on medical skills. It was during this time that I gained clarity that my true career ambitions lay outside of clinical practice.
Clewiston High School has prepared me to use my aptitude for speaking to aid in my professional aspiration to work for the Federal Bureau of Investigation within the Public Affairs Department, where I would contribute to managing communication between the Bureau and the public. This role involves administering media relations, interrelating press releases, and ensuring accurate messaging. Through this work, I hope to gain the experience and platform necessary to eventually transition into public advocacy and community leadership. My avidity for advocacy focuses on supporting under-resourced communities and promoting generational success across diverse cultural backgrounds.

Through this work, I hope to gain the experience and platform necessary to eventually transition into public advocacy and public speaking. My avidity for advocacy focuses on supporting under-resourced communities and promoting generational success across diverse cultural backgrounds. I am deeply dedicated and committed to addressing social issues such as systemic racism, inequality, and cultural awareness, while also delivering motivational messages that resonate with individuals across all generations, including youth, adults, and the elderly. I believe that informed dialogue and representation are powerful tools for social change. In the future, I plan to establish a community-focused organization or business rooted in advocacy. This initiative would prioritize youth empowerment and underserved populations by offering after-school programs that provide safe, supportive environments, as well as distributing essential resources to communities in need. My goal is to create sustainable systems that uplift individuals and foster long-term growth My professional aspiration is to work for the Federal Bureau of Investigation While enrolled as a full-time college student, I also plan to work as a Certified Nursing Assistant at a local nursing home, utilizing the certification I will earn upon graduation this year. I began cheering/dancing at 6 years of age. I was the JV cheer Captain in my 9th grade year at Clewiston Highschool and I’m currently the Captain of the Varsity cheerleading team this final/senior year. As a Cougar cheerleading coach of the local city football team, I mentor young girls ages 8-12 providing a positive, safe and respectful environment for them to express themselves without judgement. I’m an active member of The Divine Intervention Motivational Experience (DIME), Harlem MLK Jr Committee, Her Movement, New Hope Dance team, Allied Health Program and National Honors Society. As an active member of the forementioned committees, I prepare, deliver and serve food to the elderly, participate in college preparedness seminars, perform dance ensembles at local community events, and an am a grateful mentee who's willing to gain timeless knowledge . My authentic speaking artistry aided in my victory to become the Student Class President in 9th grade and Vice President in both my 10th grade and senior years.
