About

I am Enridchell Emile, currently enrolled in the Engineering Science Program of Nassau Community College in Nassau County, New York for an Associate Degree. After that Associate, I intend to pursue the studies to become a civil engineer.
Ever since I was a kid, I have always been interested in construction. At home, I was the one who assembled the furniture, fixed the light bulbs and little plumbing problems; this was how I fed my passion for building and construction matters. My family has always encouraged me in that passion by providing me opportunities to gain a lot of information on different infrastructures and construction types through visits to buildings, roads, monuments… To gain experience and knowledge, I did an internship as a draftsman at a local architecture company in my home city.
In my home country, unfortunately, there are not many people who can afford properly built homes or have access to proper infrastructures; this situation has always caught my attention and fed my drive to become a civil engineer to help address this issue.

Goals and interests

Career goal

Presently I am studying to become a civil engineer. After my master as a civil engineer, I am also thinking to become an architect to match my skills as a civil engineer.

Graduate school interests

Besides my bachelor in civil engineering, I will seek my master as a civil engineer more specifically in construction engineering.

Outside the classroom

As a kid, I love building with legos and cardboard. While aging, I started loving to draw and build different kinds of structures, especially for houses. I also like to search for different kinds of constructions and try to draw them. I also love playing the piano and learning new songs or partitions.
