About
I am passionate about culture, consumer behavior, and what makes different culture’s buying patterns unique. Because of this, I decided to dedicate my time at Washington State University to studying International Business with a secondary degree in Marketing. I aspire to work globally, which is why I am extremely excited to study abroad in Italy and France this summer through the Food, Wine, and Culture of Italy and France program. I will be taking 3 classes abroad, which will allow me to graduate early in December 2017. Last semester was my best academic performance I have had here at WSU. I achieved a GPA of 3.9 which brought my cumulative GPA to a 3.34. I have had the time of my life at WSU and I am grateful for all the opportunities I have coming my way.

Goals and interests
- Career goal
My dream career is to go into localization. Localization is the process of integrating a product or business into a specific culture. I have always been interested in beauty products, and products in general; but it especially interests me why different people seem to prefer different types of products. Localization seems to be the best fit for me because it involves using my knowledge of different cultures as well as marketing skills to be successful in international business. Consumer behavior has always been interesting to me as well, which is why I decided to add a secondary major of marketing to my repertoire. I would excel in a position where I could learn more about how to market to a specific target audience, and apply the tools I have acquired through my education in doing so.
