With a diverse background built on over 5 years of customer service experience, I have successfully honed my analytical and problem-solving skills, serving as a Service Desk Analyst. My passion for continuous learning drives me, reflected in my pursuit of certifications across numerous IT disciplines on a weekly basis. This has not only broadened my technical acumen but has also equipped me with a versatile skill set ready to tackle diverse IT challenges. Currently, I am advancing my education at Cincinnati State, where I'm focusing on Pre-Business Administration with an additional certificate in Network Administration. This foundational knowledge lays the groundwork for my next academic leap: a dual enrollment program at Western Governors University, where I will pursue both a Bachelor's in general IT and a Master's degree in IT Management. I firmly believe that the fusion of technical know-how and managerial acuity is the key to driving successful IT projects. To this end, my ultimate goal is to transition into a managerial role within the IT field, where I can harness my skills and experience to drive efficiency, innovation, and continuous improvement.
