Actually, I was part of a field research survey program organized every third trimester involving data collection, analysis, presentation and writing of recommendation report as part of my university program. I was posted to the Essen community in the Ashanti Region purposely for identifying the community needs and addressing them through effective report writing for immediate allocation of resources by the government to promote development in such rural areas in the year 2015.
