About

Choosing Business studies as a subject and achieving the standards and expectations of everyone while no one in family has an experience of it is difficult, but certainly not impossible. My interest in business started when I was completing my last year of GCSE as science student. While studying the science subject, there was always a feeling that something was not complete. Having a habit of reading books, I once browsed through ““How to Win Friends & Influence People” by Dale Carnegie. Understanding the book at first was difficult yet fun. I went through it again in detail and found myself looking for meaning and different aspects of the book, educating myself that how important it is to make friends in the corporate world and the vital steps in being part of an industry. This is when I decided that Business was a subject I wanted to study further which helped me making my final decision of choosing BTEC extended Diploma (level 3) in business as my higher studies along with psychology and economics as these subjects complements each other. Over the past years of studying this course I have received an Excelling BTEC business (Teacher's Recommendation award) and IBDP Economics award for best performance. After completing the course with Distinction* Distinction * Distinction *, I joined North Lake College to persue my Bachelor's study.
Business Management is a vast field that is accepted globally. This field inspires me to use my aptitudes to the level best. While gaining work experience as part of my IB course, I was inspired by the corporate management and was willing to excel in that field. Business Management has a lot to offer not only in terms of job opportunities and but also self-grooming and smart management, it will help me to become a productive member of the society and allow me to contribute in the well-being of the state and its economy.
