About

My research agenda centers on advancing our understanding of team dynamics, particularly focusing on how teams adapt, perform, and evolve in contemporary organizational settings. Building upon my current work on micro-adaptive behaviors and team outcomes, I plan to explore how teams navigate crises, develop resilience, and maintain effectiveness through periods of change. I am particularly interested in investigating team-level phenomena through multiple theoretical lenses, including social network perspectives and dynamic performance frameworks. I aim to contribute to management literature through rigorous empirical studies examining team processes, with special attention to how leader-member exchange patterns influence team functioning. Through my research, I aim to develop practical frameworks that help organizations better understand and enhance team performance. Additionally, I seek to strengthen my methodological expertise in social network analysis and longitudinal research designs to capture the dynamic nature of team interactions and outcomes.
