About
My name is Faustina Baah and I am a doctoral candidate at the University of Missouri, Columbia. I am currently working on my dissertation, and I am interested in the college experiences of undergraduate women majoring in mathematics and statistics and examining how their experiences influence retention and persistence in the programs. I am also interested in professional development programs that support teachers' existing practices by making small suggestions for improved mathematics instruction.
