About (Summary)
My name is fausto parra, I am a student at Big Bend Community College, but more importantly, I am a role model for my two children, Jeremiah and Mack Parra. They have inspired me to better myself and obtain a transfer degree, which would ultimately lead to a degree in English literature. I believe that through reading and writing, we gain a better understanding of the world long before we must venture out into it on our own. With that simple idea in mind, I will wholeheartedly pursue my dream of reaching out to others through writing.

If a student recieves a GPA of 3.75 while enrolled for at least 12 credits or more, he or she is placed on the Presedents list at the end of the quarter, that list is then published in the local papers.
