My name is Felicia Donnie, I have been working in the hospitality industry since I was a 14 year old freshman in high school. Over the years my passion for the art of pastry has grown tremendously. I love to produce classical pastries, breads, cakes, and confections.

One of my main goals is to lead a successful high end bakery as an executive chef. Once I get to a point in my life where I'm stable financially, I want to open up my own café/ bakery.
