Ferdinand Fube

I am a recent graduate of Walsh College of Accountancy and Business, after earning my BBA-MGT. degree with distinction (Presidential Honors). I am the oldest of seven children, at a very early age I had to assume a leadership role in my relationship with my brothers and sisters. My mom expected me to be a role model for my younger siblings. I was expected to and did my homework and chores on my own volition and had to make sure that my siblings also did theirs. During my teenage years, I always assumed a leadership role in class and on the playground, when me and my friends played a pickup football match, I made sure both teams were equally talented, while playing in the matches I also doubled as the referee. In college, as member of the Cameroonian Students Association Michigan Chapter, I served two two-years terms as the fraternity’s organizing secretary. At this point in my life I am looking forward to participating as a member of the Walsh College Chapter of Delta Mu Delta Honor Society. In my past and current employment opportunities, I have always relished the responsibilities and accountability that came with a leadership or management role. While leadership roles are challenging, the accomplishments which come with teamwork after its mission and goals are realized is very gratifying. When the synergy of the parts is greater than the sum, the essence of a team has been accomplished.
