About
International student from Mexico studying International Business at the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley, motivated by helping others, leadership, empathy, and creating positive impact both locally and globally. My experience at the Instituto Mexicano del Seguro Social (IMSS) in Reynosa, Tamaulipas inspired me to pursue a new goal: working at the United Nations to help those most in need around the world.

Goals and interests
- Career goal
International development and global policy, with the goal of working in international organizations such as the United Nations, or in government roles focused on humanitarian aid development for those most in need
- Graduate school interests
Continuing my studies by pursuing a master’s degree in Finance or applying to law school to strengthen my career in International Business, with the goal of working in organizations such as the United Nations that provide humanitarian assistance and create accessible financial programs.
- Outside the classroom
My hobbies include reading, writing, and learning new things. I practiced artistic (Olympic) gymnastics from elementary school through high school, developing discipline and perseverance, until I had to stop due to the COVID-19 pandemic. During high school, I also played flag football and was part of my school’s first female flag football team. Currently, I am preparing to try out for the cheerleading team at the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley by training in Mexico at Pitbulls Academy Reynosa.

Assisted with administrative duties, including organizing and purging outdated records, managing important documents, monitoring employee attendance through a timekeeping system, and supporting payroll distribution to staff.
