I am certified in Student Personnel Services and as Student Assistance Coordinator. I possess a combination of skills and experience that make me stand out from the crowd (teaching, organization, communication (oral, written, interpersonal), acceptance, empathy, problem solving, rapport- building, flexibility, self-awareness, multicultural competency). I developed my skills from working directly with at-risk students, which means I am well prepared to take a position that some people shy away from. I have the experience to start contributing from day one and I am truly excited about the prospect of getting started. I have many years of experience in the education profession and I am passionate about education. I am driven to deliver exceptional results. I am flexible enough to fit in with the staff and be a great addition to the team.
