My name is Gamarre Louis and I was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York. I have always been a passionate activist and I believe it is one of my best qualities. I come from a Haitian household and my culture is a very big part of my identity. So much so that I wrote my college essay about overcoming bullying and xenophobia!
