Goals and interests

Career goal

My intended job path is to first gain hands-on clinical experience as a Physician Assistant (PA) before transitioning into healthcare management. Currently, I am pursuing my MBA in Healthcare Management while working as a phlebotomist at a clinical research company. This experience is providing me with both clinical and operational insights into the healthcare system. Working as a PA will further deepen my understanding of patient care and frontline challenges. With this foundation, I plan to move into a managerial role where I can implement policies that improve patient care, operational efficiency, and healthcare accessibility.

Graduate school interests

I am pursuing an MBA in Healthcare Management to gain a comprehensive understanding of healthcare operations, policy, and leadership. My goal is to bridge the gap between clinical practice and healthcare administration, ensuring more efficient and patient-centered care. After completing my MBA, I plan to attend PA school to gain hands-on clinical experience before transitioning into a managerial role. This combination of clinical and administrative expertise will equip me to implement policies that improve healthcare accessibility, operational efficiency, and patient outcomes.
