Hello my name is Gracee Helton. I am I full-time student majoring in Psychology and minoring in Entrepreneurship. I work full-time as well. I currently help individuals with physical and intellectual disabilities in their day-to day lives. I love to help others and to make their day. This job is very rewarding as you form a bind with each of your clients and become someone they can trust and come to about anything. Someday I would love to be a Clinical Psychologist to help use my own experiences with mental health to help others with their own. Mental health is a serious issue in today’s world and I want to help bring awareness of it’s okay to not be okay and it’s okay to seek help. You are not alone.
