About
I was diagnosed with PDD-NOS at the age of 3. My family was told that I wouldn't talk or have a "normal" life in society. I didn't really start talking until the age of 4, but from there I was able to learn and my family challenged me everyday. Being bullied all throughout elementary school and high school made me be shy and less confident in myself. Having teachers that helped me understand that I had to be taught differently to learn. Without the help and guidance from these teachers who pushed me to achieve more, I would not being doing what I am today. I have put my faith in God, and let him guide me through the tough times. I now have graduated High School with a 4.0 GPA, National Honor Society for both the Technical School I attended called Upper Valley Career Center and then my High School Newton High School. I have achieved so much more than others and have showed others with learning disabilities that they can accomplish many things. Heading to college in a few weeks at UNOH for the Robotics and Automation program
