About
Attending a community college was never a part of my educational plan. My senior year in Califonia was so far successful and I was searching for universities out of state. I've recently moved from California to Texas resulting a sudden shift in my learning. The last minute move led me to enroll in Tarrant County College; where I now attend. I am majoring in Psychology and minoring in Child Deveplvemt. I'm also leaning towards International studies.

Goals and interests
- Career goal
My career goal is becoming a Child Life Specialist in order to help children cope with illness and disabilities. My passion for helping children began with babysitting family. My patience was usually more tolerable than the others and my mentality was not of a child. I soon became a part of the Children's Ministry at my church and also volunteered with special needs children at my mothers job. Having the YMCA as my first job
- Graduate school interests
I'm currently attending Tarrant County College. Transferring back to California is a goal of mines. Schools such as University of Berkely California, UCLA, and Riverside University are of my intrest.
- Outside the classroom
I enjoy traveling and finding new to places to explore. Camping, cave diving, fishing, hiking; I guess you can say I love an adventure! On my free time at home, I read and paint. (Although I'm nowhere near a professional!) Learning about other ethnicities and participating in cultural events are also things I take interest in.
