Goals and interests
- Career goal
I am pursuing a leadership career in pediatric healthcare administration, with a focus on quality improvement, health equity, and care coordination. My goal is to create systems that better support underserved families and frontline healthcare workers through innovative, compassionate, and data-driven leadership.
- Graduate school interests
I am currently pursuing my Master of Healthcare Administration at Bellevue University to deepen my knowledge in healthcare systems, leadership, and policy. My graduate studies are driven by a desire to lead impactful change in pediatric healthcare, improve care delivery, and advocate for underserved populations through equitable and sustainable practices.
- Outside the classroom
Outside of my academic and professional life, I enjoy staying active through running, weightlifting, and playing tennis. I also have a deep passion for quality improvement projects in healthcare, as they align with my goal to drive meaningful change in clinical settings. Some of my greatest joy comes from spending quality time with my children, cheering on volleyball matches, and being present for my grandmother, who is currently undergoing cancer treatment. These activities ground me in purpose, resilience, and the value of meaningful connection.
