About

During my undergraduate studies in Psychology and Counseling, I developed strong self-awareness and became deeply interested in management, marketing, and human resources. To broaden my horizons, I took courses such as Advertising Management, World Economy Analysis, Organizational Behavior, and Human Resources, which introduced me to advertising, marketing strategies, U.S. financial policies, and business case studies. These experiences built my foundation in management and enhanced my skills in analysis, negotiation, and organizational behavior.

My psychology background has also equipped me with strong communication, empathy, and observation skills. Through counseling practicums and techniques courses, I learned how to analyze both verbal and non-verbal cues and foster trust—abilities I believe are essential for effective management and positive labor relations.

Goals and interests

Career goal

After graduation, I plan to join an international company, applying my expertise in psychology and management to develop effective strategies and talent management practices. In the long term, I aspire to advance into senior management and consulting roles, helping companies redefine corporate culture and implement sustainable business practices. My ultimate goal is to foster inclusive and innovative workplaces that integrate social responsibility, gender equality, and environmental stewardship into organizational strategy.

Graduate school interests

During graduate program, I hope to deepen my knowledge in Negotiation and Communication as well as International Human Resource Management. My psychology and counseling background has strengthened my understanding of personality traits, assessment tools, and communication, which I believe will enhance my ability in talent recruitment, compensation management, and Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs).

I am also interested in performance management and sustainable development (SDGs). Through seminars and coursework, I learned about KPI design, program control, and the impact of compensation systems on productivity and sustainability. These experiences inspired me to integrate psychological insights with management knowledge to become an adaptable HR professional who contributes to talent development.

Finally, with the globalization of business, I aim to study organizational design and cross-cultural management from an international perspective. By engaging in internships in the U.S., I hope to refine my cultural sensitivity and apply HR strategies in diverse, multicultural contexts.
