Goals and interests
- Career goal
Starting with my Bachelors in Elementary Education I will graduate and earn my certifications necessary to become an educator. From there, while I am teaching I will earn my Master of Arts in Education/Curriculum and Instruction. This way while earning my masters I can create a larger social network and build a portfolio necessary to become and Instructional Designer.
- Graduate school interests
I am currently enrolled in the University of phoenix for my BS in Elementary Education. I intend to continue through this school for my Master degree. I am confident my educators will help me succeed.
- Outside the classroom
During my time as a veterinary technician I obtained the medical knowledge to take care of injured animals. Now I like to give back to nature by using my skills to foster injured or sick animals and place them in loving homes. I also enjoy gardening. Although I may not be much of a “green thumb” or have a yard, I love to to flowers along my apartment banister and plant cat grass for my current friendly felines to enjoy! I take plenty of time throughout my days to walk and hike my local trails as a way to keep active but remember the beauty the world has given us.
