About
Growing up in the central valley of California, on a dairy farm, I became very passionate about the agriculture industry. During my two years at my junior college I studied Dairy Science and Animal Science. As well as being involved on the Dairy Judging Team, Practical Dairy Judging Team, and was a Young Farmers member. Through my high school and collegiate judging career I gained critical thinking and team work skills , and strengthened my communication skills.

Goals and interests
- Career goal
Upon graduating from Oklahoma State University with degree in Agriculture Sciences and Natural Resources, a major in agricultural communications and a minor in agriculture economics and agribusiness. My plan is to work for the Stanislaus County Fair as the Livestock Marketing and Communications Director. Moving back home to California to also help run the family dairy with my siblings. My sisters and I will also be starting a line of flavored coffee creamers with the cream from the dairy. I know that this seems like a lot, but while I have been here at OSU, I have already started working on a logo, website and other branding related items. For one of my class projects I interviewed an entrepreneur and with her help, my sister and I have created a plan to get the business started.
- Outside the classroom
My hobbies include reading, showing cattle, judging cattle, baking, cooking, and spending time with family, friends and on the farm.
