About
With a career-long focus on payroll, compensation, and benefits, my specialization centers around the strategic implementation of comprehensive total rewards programs.
My professional journey has been anchored in managing HRIS databases, navigating multi-state payroll intricacies including tax functions, and harnessing the power of advanced Excel spreadsheets. Adept at benefit management, mitigating time card oversight, auditing, ad hoc and standardized reporting, garnishments, and ADP administration, my approach is characterized by creativity, organization and effective problem-solving.
In my most recent role, I achieved a payroll accuracy rating above 99% for both 2022 and the year-to-date 2023 period. My ability to leverage organizational prowess, auditing skills, and strategic account management led to substantial savings, reducing our corporate cell phone plan costs by nearly $40,000 per month. As a results-driven and dynamic HR specialist, my expertise extends to the intricate realms of payroll, compensation analytics, and benefits management.
My proficiency encompasses the nuances of complex multi-state payroll scenarios, wage garnishments, and insightful reporting. Excel proficiency, coupled with HRIS administration and compliance competence, underpins my skill set. Concurrently, I am pursuing an MBA in Accounting & Financial Planning for Business, alongside my CPP and CPA certifications to elevate my proficiency to new heights.
