Goals and interests

Career goal

I was in charge of an Autism program for the first 4 years of teaching. Due to changes to the program that were detrimental to my students and were created by the district for budget constraints, I switched to 4th grade and then 2nd. I am currently a 2nd grade teacher. I plan on completing the Ed tech masters and strting an advocacy business to help Special Education Families navigate an increasingly difficult system.

Graduate school interests

I am loving the Educational Technology field, I see it opening up so many possibilities for me to serve the world around me. Combined with the expertice I have in Special Education, Autism, ADHD, Brain Injury, Neuroscience, Curriculum and general educational design, I am excited for every step and opportunity ahead.
