About
Currently, I am studying social work at New Mexico Highlands University. I am in my last year of my BSW program, but will continue into my MSW immediately after my undergraduate studies. My focus is to be gainfully employed somewhere working with children. I hope to relocate to Corpus Christi, Texas once my studies are finished, and become employed with Driscoll Children's Hospital. Although that is my goal, I am willing to attain experience anywhere I can get my foot in the door.

Goals and interests
- Career goal
My main focus is to gain employment as a medical social worker, but I am open to any avenue of social work that presents itself to me.
- Graduate school interests
I am currently considering to continue on with NMHU for my graduate studies, but I am open and have been actively looking into online MSW degrees offered in Texas.
- Outside the classroom
My hobbies generally center around my family. I, (we) love to go camping, and fishing, so we go as often as we can during the summer. We are also a sports oriented family, and my son is active in all school sports from football to track. Starting in the summer, we are already going to practices two to three times a week to get ready for next season.
