About
I am a Compliance Operations Manager at Incyte with over 25 years of experience in healthcare operations, pharmacy informatics, technology, project management, and regulated systems governance.
I spent more than 23 years with Crozer-Keystone Health System, advancing through several positions in pharmacy operations and informatics. During my career at Crozer, I was recognized as Employee of the Year in 2021 and received multiple awards for my contributions.
Since joining Incyte in August 2022, I have continued to advance professionally, moving from IT Systems Analyst to IT Technical Operations Manager before transitioning into my current role in Compliance Operation. My experience includes cross-functional leadership, process improvement, system governance, automation, and supporting business initiatives.
I am currently pursuing my Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Management Information Systems at Southern New Hampshire University, where I have maintained a 4.0 GPA. I am also a member of Alpha Sigma Lambda Honor Society.
I believe that learning and professional growth never stop, and I take pride in continuing my education while balancing my career and family responsibilities.

My goal is to continue advancing into senior leadership roles within Compliance Operations, Business Operations, or Program Management. I am particularly interested in opportunities that combine strategic planning, technology, process improvement, and cross-functional leadership to improve organizational efficiency and support business objectives.

I am interested in potentially pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA), with a concentration in Operations Management or Project Management. My goal would be to further strengthen my business and leadership skills while building on my professional experience and undergraduate education.

I enjoy spending time with my family, learning new things, exploring technology, and finding opportunities for personal growth. I am currently learning French and enjoy challenging myself through continued education and new experiences.
