I love to read any time and all the time. I read a variety of genres, but my favorites are Fiction/Literature and Fantasy novels. When I am not reading, I enjoy drawing, painting, or anything that is crafty. I also enjoy going to the beach, watching TV shows and movies, talking about the Marvel Cinematic Universe, and hanging out with my sisters.

I served on Summer Staff at Sharptop Cove, a Young Life camp in located in Jasper, Georgia. I worked in retail at a crafts shop called the Bead Barn, which is where campers could make bracelets, key necklaces, rings, get hair wraps, etc. The job included teaching campers how to make the bracelets, keeping store clean, restocking supplies, etc. Summer Staff is made up of college-aged adults. As Summer Staff, you have direct interaction with campers and are there to make campers feel as loved and taken care of as possible. For example, you greet them kindly, remember their names, ask them questions, listen, and go above and beyond in service. Summer Staff represents to campers what it looks like to have a relationship with God.

As a teenager, I served on Work Crew at Woodleaf, a Young Life camp located in Challenge, California. I was a server for camp meals. The job included busing tables, cleaning dining hall, setting tables for meals, and any other help needed within the dining hall area, such as cleaning bathrooms or helping out other Work Crew assigned to wash dishes. The Work Crew are there to make the campers' experience feel like they are at a resort. As a server, everything, from placement of glasses and plates to the folding of napkins for the theme dinners was done precisely and required a lot of effort. Work Crew is made up entirely of high school students that are meant to be an example of God's kindness and love for campers.
