I chose to pursue a degree in Human and Social Services because I am passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
My goal is to establish my own outreach center, (Carter's Outreach Center-a nonprofit resource hub offering limitless, unbiased, open support services for individuals and families in need.) through providing support and guidance that is personally needed but didn’t receive. This mission is deeply personal, driven by my desire to be a beacon of hope and a safe, guiding presence for those who need it most.
My experiences have shaped my commitment to ensuring others feel seen, supported, and empowered to move forward.
I will accomplish this by completing my Human and Social Services degree, continuing through my Bachelor’s, Master’s, Ph.D., and Doctorate programs, and using my education and experience to create sustainable outreach programs in my community and (Worldwide) in my ultimate End Goal.
